I had a great experience at this Home2 Suites location. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in, and the hotel felt clean, quiet, and safe — exactly what I needed for a medical trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and really well set up, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfortable, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and I appreciated how peaceful the hotel was at night. Even the small details, like plenty of outlets and a clean kitchenette, made the stay easier. Overall, it was a stress-free and comfortable visit, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Dallas. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the last year. Each stay has been perfect, but what's impressed me most is the STAFF.. the young ladies working there actually remember us and give us the medical discount without us even asking. In particular, Chimaia, was just awesome. We don't usually receive excellent service at any Hilton owned property, but this was the exception. The only thing I'd improve was the running water at the bathroom sink, because it is very weak.

Omg, people! If you have to stay in Dallas for a medical... or any reason, this is a solid place! The woman at the front desk, Gigi (? Oh, i hope i got her name right!), was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful, very knowledgeable... but she was put to the test by one of the guests. The man obviously was dealing with some mental health issues, but he was yelling and pick8ng at her for almost 2 hours just because she asked him if he had a room there... doing her job. I and a few other guests got to witness the whole thing. Gigi held her cool, was gently trying to diescalate the highly combative man. He was blaming her for ridiculous things and just would not stop. She just treated him with dignity and respect, even though he continued to be belligerent with her. I felt so bad and a couple of times I really thought he was going to come at her physically. Poor woman, just trying to do her job... well, I think she sould get a big ole bonus for that! Thank you Gigi and all the sweet, helpful women at the front desk.

I’ve stayed at this Hilton location a few times. The location is great is you’re going to be doing things around various parts of the city. It is walking distance from Dallas market hall, and Silo if you’re okay with walking a couple miles. It is also a short drive to Uptown, Oak lawn, downtown and deep Ellum: while avoiding the busiest streets during peak traffic times. The view facing Dallas Skyline is gorgeous. It’s close to the light rail train but you cannot hear it from inside. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff here are always friendly, willing to help, and knowledgeable. The cost of this location is usually competitive compared to other Hiltons and other hotels in general. Parking has never been an issue. I’ll be staying again in the future.

I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were kind and friendly. The room was excellent—large, clean, and well-equipped(tableware and a microwave), which made a longer stay much more convenient. The location was very good. There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, and both a train station and a Kroger nearby, which made transportation and shopping very easy. The only thing to be aware of is the occasional train noise due to the nearby station. If you are sensitive to sound, I would recommend requesting a room farther from the tracks. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for longer business trips.

I have stayed here multiple times in the last few months. I can tell all of the staff is trained well by a good manager, because they have excellent customer service skills, which is hard to find these days. Chimaia is a standout employees and has been the most helpful. She remembered me from my last visit that I was there for medical reasons. She doesn't know how much she helped with my anxiety over traveling and forgetting to book my room in advance. She was able to get me a great rate on the very last room available and was kind and really shows concern for her guest. Thank you for doing your job do well.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Nice staff. It was quiet on my floor. Easy to check in. I would recommend. Great price. You have a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishes, toaster, coffee maker. Good locations by the hospitals. No complaints.

The Hotel and Staff are all just exceptional . They are within walking distance to multiple hospitals , restaurants, activities, and the breakfast is the best included breakfast I have ever had at a Hilton hands down!! They have a swimming pool, exercise room, laundry facility and the rooms are large with a small kitchen and parking is FREE yes let me say that again parking is FREE. Thank you for a great stay..
